If no services have yet been provided, this consent can be revoked at any time. If services have already been provided, the data will only be used to prove that the previous activity has been carried out correctly (e.g.: documentation of midwifery services, billing of midwifery services). The revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the data processed on the basis of the consent until revocation.
Your data will be irrevocably deleted after the statutory storage requirements for documentation and accounting (30 years for home births, 10 years in all other cases) have expired. We do not pass on your data without your consent - with the exception of legal obligations such as billing.
I, the midwife, process the data in accordance with data protection regulations.
In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
